Payment Terms & Conditions

Period Prior to Expected Arrival: 0-3 Days
Cancellation Fee: 100%

An advance payment of 50% of the value of booking must be made at the time of booking to reserve your room.
A confirmation voucher would only be released post 100% payment is received.100% payments should be made 4 days prior to check-in, failing which booking/s will stand cancelled without any prior notice.
No show(s) will be subject to 100% retention charge.
Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or Terms & Conditions mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.

Refund Policy

Refund amount will be ascertained as per cancellation policy and refund will be paid to the customer within 20 working days after getting approval of the management of Smiley Holidays India. The amount of Refund will be paid either through cheque or NEFT.

Amendments and changes to booking will be subject to rate policies or terms & condition mentioned on confirmation voucher/email.


We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by our Web hosting service and our employees. We reserve the right to revise the policies at any time. All end-users, of us must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
